Is your child’s airway causing sleep and behaviors concerns?
Find out today!
You just want your child to sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed.
You’ve seen multiple healthcare professionals but feel you keep getting brushed off. Although your child has been put through many tests that often report back as “normal.” You feel like you’ve done everything in your power to help them.
Alas, here you are, still searching for answers. You know the dark circles under their eyes shouldn’t be there. You know that changing pee-soaked sheets nightly is not average. You know the way they are acting is “off.”

Your mom-gut is telling you, “HEY! Something’s going on here!”
But there’s a problem.
Here’s the response you get:
“Don’t worry, they’ll grow out of it.”
“Try these medications.”
“We’ll re-evaluate in a year.”

“The only down fall is not knowing this was an option sooner!”

“My 6 year old son was evaluated and treated by Amber Stull. She recommended my son for a frenectomy due to a tongue-tie. She did a great job with listening to the parent and childs concerns and needs! My son completed pre- and post-frenectomy exercises in a 12-step exercise program that she easily modified for each task depending upon difficulty. Each person is different and she modifies accordingly! As a baby my son had latching difficulty, speech was minimal as a toddler, chugging drinks, restlessness, nighttime bedwetting, lack of focus, sleep walking and talking, irritability, and never woke up rested. ALL of these symptoms passed with the frenectomy and the myofunctional therapy through Monument Orofacial Myology! If any of these symptoms sound familiar, it’s worth the evaluation! The only down-fall was not knowing this was an option sooner!” -M.K.

Picture you and your child going to Target or even your child staying the night away from you. You’re not worried about how he is going to act or anxious about getting a negative phone call.

Imagine getting a full 8 hours of sleep while managing to avoid pee-soaked sheets at 3 a.m. – who’s ready to cut their laundry in half? #winwin

How would it feel to have your child acting cool, calm, and collected? No fidgeting. Better mental focus. No nervous habits. (Raises Hand!)
“I no longer dread the mornings with laundry and discouragement. There is a sense of relief in the house. Amber has been patient and attentive and very informative.
– Lynn, Mom of two chronic bedwetting teens.
We are grateful!”

If your child cannot breathe well, your child cannot eat, sleep, or live well.

I care about the whole-body health of your child which is why I assess them individually through a unique lens that starts at the mouth.
(that other professionals may not have known to look for)
In 2021, I am committed to helping hundreds of children by assessing their breathing patterns and airway along with specific sleep and behavioral concerns to connect the dots in between.
Testimonials
“It was the best thing for our family.”
…She was able to show us things we never knew about how important your tongue is. Most of us just take it for granted but truly, if your tongue/lips/mouth is not able to function the way it should, there is a huge domino affect for the rest of your body! I would suggest making an appointment with Monument Myo! Do NOT hesitate. I wouldn’t even think twice about it.. we did it and it was the best thing for our family.. She is amazing. Amber has been very informative and helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

Myofunctional Therapy
Myofunctional therapy is designed to get the muscles of the face, lips, cheeks, and tongue to work together. When this happens your child’s airway and mouth breathing symptoms become balanced and we often see sleep and behavioral concerns lessen.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (local clients only)
CFT is an ideal therapy for children as it is non-invasive, gentle, active, and fun! Removing fascial strain from the body has been demonstrated to help with issues of tongue-ties, bedwetting, hyperactivity, attention deficit, allergies, asthma, learning disorders, and many other childhood ailments.

Breathing Re-education
Breathing through the nose is the most efficient and healthiest form of breathing. By doing so, more oxygen can be delivered throughout the body allowing for better sleep and more calm behavior.
